Our FoosFam

As competitive players and event organizers, we have built friendships with foosball players all over the world. This page is a tribute to competitive foosball players, event promoters, and the passionate staff and volunteers who run organizations that support the sport of table soccer at the local, Provincial and National levels.

Canada Foosball

Established in 2006, the Canada Foosball (“CF”) is the governing body for the sport of foosball in Canada. CF is a registered Canadian non-profit organization (NPO).

Our Affiliation with Canada Foosball

One of the main purposes for establishing our shop is to provide CF with a consistent income stream. To achieve this purpose, we have an agreement to provide quarterly donations from the proceeds earned through our shop, which fund specific CF programs and activities.  Any remaining proceeds are reinvested into our shop to enhance the customer experience, grow the shop, and consistently increase our quarterly donations to CF.

We also operate a Promoter Program which supports competitive foosball promoters across Canada. The programs gives participants exclusive discounts on foosball tables and parts, a platform to sell their used foosball tables, and an opportunity to earn a commission on sales in their regions.

ITSF

Established in 2002, the International Table Soccer Federation (ITSF) is the governing body for all national table soccer federations, including TSAC. Its mission is to develop and promote different aspects of table soccer without discrimination of any kind, in close cooperation with its member federations and partners.

The ITSF defines table soccer into two categories:

  • Sport with its natural and universal values of competition, effort and character-building, well-being and fair play; and

  • A healthy form of recreation and leisure.

Its main goals include:

  • To promote the development of table soccer throughout the world, to tighten the ties of friendship which unite players of all countries, by setting up lasting relations between representative groups, and to nurture the improvement of the practice of our sport in every way;

  • To promote and develop the struggle against doping; and

  • To study and legislate on all matters pertaining to table soccer in international relations.

IFP Tour

The Independent Foosball Promotions (IFP) Tour is responsible for organizing a series of large tournaments held in cities across the USA. Many competitive players travel to these tournaments in order to gain experience competing against international players. Some of their larger tournaments attract players from Europe, South America, and Asia.

The IFP maintains a ranking system where players earn points based on their tournament results. The rankings go from Beginner to Master, and each tournament typically has events for each rank to help newer players compete against opponents at their level.

The IFP Tour tournaments are exclusively held on Tornado T-3000 foosball tables since that is the most popular table in the USA, and they are built in Texas. The IFP Tour is one of the main reasons that Tornado foosball tables are the most popular competition foosball tables in North America.

Inside Foos

Inside Foos is owned and operated by the legendary Jim Stevens. Jim is one of the few true table soccer commentators and if you’ve ever watched a match on Youtube with english commentary, it is most likely Jim’s voice. He attends most IFP Tour events, sets up his cameras and equipment, records and provides commentary on matches.

In recent years, Jim has pivoted from selling content on DVDs to providing content on his Youtube Channel. Now players across the world have access to some of the highest quality table soccer available.

Jim is not only an outstanding asset to the competitive foosball community, but also a great guy. He’s always willing to chat with players and spectators at events, and is a huge supporter of event promoters across the globe.
