Where are you located?

Our head office is located in Toronto, ON. We have warehouses in both Vancouver, BC and Toronto, ON. Our Canada Foosball Clubs - where you can pick up your orders to get free shipping - are located in cities across the country.


How do I make sure I order the right size?

All of our Merch products have size dimensions in the product descriptions to help you determine which size to order. It is up to you to pick the right size before ordering, and unfortunately it is not possible for us to return orders due to incorrect sizing.

When will I receive my order?

If we have your items in stock, then you can pick them up right away or we can ship them the next business day.

Shipped orders will be processed within 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours. If you do not receive a shipping tracking number for your order showing that it was shipped within 48 hours, then we will upgrade your shipping to Express at no extra charge.

From the day your order is shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Merch: up to 4 weeks;

  • Parts: up to 7 business days; and

  • Tables: up to two weeks.

The COVID-19 pandemic, forest fires in British Columbia, blizzards in Quebec and other global events impact Canadian freight shipping routes, and may cause unexpected delays. We appreciate your patience.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?

We have a wide range of products, each of which is made with different materials in different locations. Here is a brief summary by product category:

  • Merch products are made in facilities located in Canada, USA, Mexico, Spain, and Latvia;

  • Tornado Tables & Parts are manufactured in Richmond Hills, Texas, USA by Valley-Dynamo.

  • Leonhart Tables & Parts are manufactured in Bavaria, Germany by Leonhart Betriebs GmbH


What are the shipping options?

We have a wide range of products, each of which has a different way of shipping.

Our Merch is made to order, and shipped by the manufacturer, so we offer Free Shipping on all Merch.

Our Parts are shipped through Canada Post, and we’ve integrated live shipping rates that are displayed in the checkout.

Our Foosball Tables require freight shipping which is highly variable depending on your location, so we charge a flat fee per table to help cover these costs and keep it simple for you.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

Our Canadian customers no longer have to worry about customs, duties and other international taxes! If you’re not located in Canada, then there may be additional customs, duties and taxes applicable to your county, which you are responsible for.
